Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Stormvpn. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Stormvpn provides encrypted VPN connectivity, location selection, device management, DNS protection and related features. Features, locations and protocols may change as the service develops.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Do not share an account beyond the device allowance of your plan. Notify us if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Stormvpn to violate applicable law; harm, probe or disrupt networks; distribute malware; conduct fraud; send abusive bulk traffic; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; evade sanctions or lawful restrictions; or enable others to do so. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or legal compliance.

4. Google Play subscriptions

Paid Android digital services are purchased through Google Play. The price, billing period, trial, renewal and taxes shown by Google Play at checkout control the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. Refunds and payment disputes are handled under applicable Google Play terms and law. Deleting a Stormvpn account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel the subscription separately in Google Play first.

5. Free and guest access

Free, guest or trial access may have time, traffic, location or device limits and may be changed or discontinued. Creating multiple accounts or manipulating devices to evade limits is prohibited.

6. Availability and changes

VPN performance depends on network conditions, distance, congestion, device configuration and local restrictions. We do not guarantee a particular speed, location, uninterrupted availability, or access to any third-party service. Maintenance and security events may temporarily interrupt service.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. VpnService is used for the core encrypted-tunnel functionality and not to manipulate traffic for advertising monetization.

8. Intellectual property

Stormvpn software, branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to an evolving network service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Stormvpn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Stormvpn or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security threats, fraud, non-payment or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes and contact
